FieldCast revolutionizes workplace communications and culture using the medium of podcasting. We are the only secure, end-to-end business podcasting platform on the market. We work with companies to create and distribute customized podcasts so that they can better educate, connect, and engage with their employees (or customers).



  • Participate in both in-person and phone meetings with key decision makers.

  • Follow-up with leads for the Business Development Representatives via email and phone calls.

  • Assist with the development of proposals, pitch decks, bids, and sales materials.

  • Track all sales activity in HubSpot, including any prospect/client correspondence and new deals.

  • Help in creating and executing automated drip campaigns.

  • Create and post content on the FieldCast website, social media pages, and blog.

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss KPIs, new deals, and sales activity.

  • Be an active member of the sales team, and of the FieldCast team as a whole.


Required Experience

  • 2+ years of previous sales support experience.

  • Experience in qualifying prospective customers and initiating lead generation strategies.

  • Knowledge and experience using various forms of social media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Vimeo.

  • A consultative, intelligent, and collaborative approach to sales.

  • Experience building good rapport with the potential client base.

  • Outstanding time management skills and a strong work ethic.

  • Experience working in a CRM, preferably HubSpot.

  • Experience in one of these three sales environments is preferred but not required: agency, media, and software.
